Matthew Quiroz was born and raised in West Texas in the city of Midland. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2016.
Matthew graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a double major in government and philosophy. He then went on to earn his J.D. at Thurgood Marshall School of Law. During law school, Matthew was a member of the varsity mock trial team and competed in tournaments nationwide. He was the winner of the Catherine Haley Shaw 1-L Mock Trial Competition and a semi-finalist recipient at the ABA Labor and Employment Regional Mock Trial Competition and Helen Dawn Williams Mock Trial Tournament. Throughout law school, Matthew worked in diverse environments and gained valuable legal experience in mass torts, pharmaceutical and product liability protecting the rights of injured individuals, while also pursing justice at the Innocence Project advocating for defendant’s who were wrongfully convicted. Upon Receiving his license, Matthew went on to represent clients in criminal, family and civil litigation where he gained invaluable court room experience.
Matthew joined The Law Office of Kelly T Curran in 2018 where he continues to zealously advocate for individuals who were harmed by the negligence of others. Matthew primarily practices in personal injury, focusing on automobile accidents, eighteen-wheeler accidents and premise liability.
